It's November and that means the return of the FA Cup. In this year's first round, our beloved Northampton Town have been drawn away at National League South side Oxford City.

Joining Charles and Danny to look ahead to the game on Monday night is Hoops fan and journalist Joshua Stewart.

Josh tells us all about the 60 different teams that play out of City's stadium, worrying Cobblers fans everywhere about the squad size they have to choose from. We also find out about star striker James Roberts and how little research Charles has actually done on this game.
