The ladies of the PATHPod take another trip to NYC – this time to Manhattan to meet with chef and Registered Dietitian Abbie Gellman. Abbie is all about the taste and their discussion is around making healthy food that tastes good, or as Abbie says – “Scrumptious – both healthy and hella good!” Man, does she deliver! She saw this need to bridge the worlds of health and food early in her dietetic career and she has spent over a decade perfecting her art and science mash-up.
