Everyone knows the feeling when it's been a few hours since dinner, you're winding down for the night, but you get the urge to snack. You try to ignore it, only to feel the urge amplify, shortly followed by your brain rationalizing why you should eat everything. It can be a constant struggle, especially if it's intertwined with some emotional eating and coping. But after coaching people 1-on-1 for several years, I've found some ways to stick to your diet when you make up every reason not to. So in this Minisode, I give my best tips on how to manage overeating at night while on a diet (without using crazy amounts of discipline or willpower). Hope it helps!
