Episode notes

CW. Drug use. Eating Disorders.    Hi Body Protesters!    This week  Honey and Nadia speak With the founders of Sick Sad Girlz Rosa and Kenzie. They tell us about the cosy corner of the internet they’ve created with nearly 20,000 people sharing their experience of SSG life, and the importance of community and friendship. We discuss accessibility and the power of making your space as soft, safe and easy for you as humanly possible. We chat about about the freedom of conversation and openness - How healing simply naming your pain can be, and how they encourage you to tell them "where it hurts". We adore these women, and know you will too - they give us huge Big Sister Energy, and we really think everyone could do with some more of that in their lives. Are you Sick?
