Troy McEady (who essentially has a residency on this show at this point) and I discuss her role as the breakout star in Danity Kane, her time on reality tv, high-profile relationships, and how she's become an important voice in pop culture over the past few years as she has been more candid about her experiences in Hollywood.

Excuse this VERY RAW EPISODE! I didn't even add any music or edit out my sniffles (like I usually do LAWLZ), but if you saw on my Instagram/Tiktok this week, some shit went down when I posted photos and videos I got of BRITNEY JEAN SPEARS on the beach in Cabo. I got them from a REAL SOURCE THAT I KNOW! I lay out the whole story, how I exploded the internet, and how the conspiracy minions reacted and continue to harass me. I think you can power through the sniffles for this one.

I am fortunate that the internet brought Tori Alamaze to me. You may know her as the ORIGINAL recording artist of the song "Don't Cha", made famous by the Pussycat Dolls, but she is so much more than that. Tori walks me through her journey of starting out as a Makeup Artist to the stars into singing backup on tour with OutKast and then launching her own solo career with her first major-label single, "Don't Cha". Tori details how she found out that her song had been plucked and given to PCD and how it changed her life. But that's not the end for her! Since then, she has started a family, authored two books, and coached other mothers to find their purpose outside of their roles as mothers. Tori is now signed to a major label and has released two EPs since 2021. I promise you don't want to miss out on this special episode!

This week I'm joined by friend-of-the-pod, Troy McEady, to dissect the life and career of Nicole Scherzinger. We get into everything from her career beginnings, solo aspirations, alleged relationships, and how much of a role she may have played in the mistreatment of her fellow bandmates. I put on my tin foil hat and make connections between Nicole and Robin Antin to Lou Taylor and how that may have impacted PCD and Nicole's careers, especially in regards to Britney Spears. Kelli stans them like I do, so we got into her memories of the group, broke down the very WACKY special, and dove into some current pop culture events at the end. This week I’m joined by regulation hottie, Julez Laro, to discuss how I didn’t make the transition from 3LW to Cheetah Girls until later on in life because I was a CHILD WHORE (this will make sense in context, probably). I reached into the deep recesses of the internet to watch the almost-scrubbed-from-the-viewing-zeitgeist cult classic, Spice World! I’m joined by Sloane and Zach of The Mummy Dearest Podcast to genuinely delight in the nostalgia of this camp masterpiece. Re-watching Spice World in our 30s did not disappoint, and it was a riot to talk it over with these goons. We cover everything from how famous and BUSY the Spice Girls were when this filmed, how dynamic and great they were on screen, Sloane’s HOT husband, Zach’s suggestion to replace Geri with a twink when she left the group, and which Spice Girl we most relate to. She also used it as a way to announce her engagement to a catfish. We reminisce about some college memories and Arkansan things, the first time I heard "Rumors" at a gay club, and we also talk about wet, naked go-go boys in Minneapolis.
