Stuck at a plateau?  It happens to everyone at some point during their journey.  While plateau’s are normal, they are also very annoying.  Leah and Courtney will discuss a few ways to break the plateau and resume your weightloss.  

Surprise!  The first suggestion is “do nothing”.  Yep, you heard that right.  Courtney is intrigued by the idea of zig zag nutrition, and Leah warns against the deficit cycle.
