Episode notes

Well, it is finally here! I am so excited to bring you Episode 1 of the Human Series! In this series we here from real people who have real stories about nutritional behavior change. In today's episode I am joined by Jackie! I will let her explain a little about herself later on in the show notes. Jackie has a great story of how our learning history does not have to control who we are or what we do, but can inform the future decisions we make!! Jackie struggled with a life of yo-yo dieting from a young age and as a busy adult found herself climbing into the same rut. She was able to see the patterns and lean on her personal history as well as some learned nutritional behaviors, to change the future outcomes to what she wanted them to be. Listen to this episode and be encouraged by an amazing story of Behavior Change and honesty.
