Emilie is a certified raw food chef, ACE-certified trainer, and an ultra-endurance athlete from Canada who recently conquered a 100K trail race in Australia. 

Together, they appear in summits and media outlets, as well as host the Awake Asia podcast.

  • Why Emilie began eating horse meat to remain competitive back in her speed skating days, and immediately recognized an overall improvement in how she felt once kicking all animal products to the curb.
