In the last decade, Sheik Mansour has invested more than €2 billion in Manchester City, turning them into one of the biggest clubs in the world.

In the same timeframe, City has settled with UEFA on one Financial Fair Play case and await a decision on another. Then on Nov. 14, The Athletic reported that they believe Man City will avoid a European ban.
