Jeremiah Stemple & the charity he co-created; Heroes For Causes, are the focus of this week’s episode; Mike talks with Jeremiah about his chronic illness Cystic Fibrosis, how and why Heroes For Causes was created, inspiration for the characters, how the superhero comics they create help those who desperately need it and more.

In more detail, Jeremiah starts by explaining how Heroes For Causes first came into being and what caused him to jumpstart this charitable organisation. Jeremiah also talks about the characters of Heroes For Causes, what the symptoms are for Cystic Fibrosis, the community around these chronic illnesses and the importance of representation for chronically ill children. Jeremiah also details how long it takes to create a Heroes For Causes comic, how many hours a day he spends treating his illness and how COVID affected those with chronic illnesses.
