In further detail, Jennifer starts by explaining what her depression journey; from diagnosis to the resolution, how her relationships with people have changed over time (including her husband) and how she navigates feeling the “ebb & flow” of the world. Jennifer then explains her connection with God and how shame is a major pitfall of religion.
