In this week's episode, I’m chatting to Wendy Powell. I’ve known Wendy since I first heard her speak on stage about her ground breaking programme MUTU system, and then had to go buy it immediately. Since then, I’ve been using it weekly, and absolutely love it.

So I had to have Wendy on the podcast to explain why she came up with it and why over 68,000 women have already been through it.

I love Wendy’s mission to get us all thinking of our bodies differently and particularly to stop the shame around how we see ourselves. And to give women an exercise programme that is safe and doesn't stress us out!
