What we think is often different what we are actually experiencing. Our brain tricks us into certain actions or activities that we don't really want; we only think we do. By paying attention to what you are feeling, you will very quickly identify when this is happening to you. It is important to be aware of both your thoughts and feelings and give them both equal importance.
