Human Story Theatre
DRY: Introducing The Theatre Project
Episode notes
DRY is a brand new series brought to you by Human Story Theatre that goes behind the scenes of their new play DRY, exploring the issue of middle-aged, middle-class drinking and highlighting the real human stories behind the ethos of the play.
This is the first of a 5 part series about Human Story Theatre’s production DRY by Gaye Poole which was commissioned by the NHS.
In this episode you’ll hear from Human Story Theatre's joint artistic directors Amy & Gaye, as well as the directors and cast of the play. They chat about what makes a Human Story Theatre production different, how the audience react and why their post-show Q&A is so important.
