When Alicia first started her job she was introduced to Rob, the fun friendly co-worker who everyone saw as the life of the party. Everything changed for Alicia when Rob was promoted to the position of manager. He suddenly became a controlling, bullying nightmare and his actions eventually caused serious health issues for Alicia This episode does discuss anxiety, depression and mental health in general.
