Paul Coletta:

Paul Coletta is Chief Executive Officer at Urban Remedy, a plant-centric organic food company that seeks to reimagine our industrialized food system and give consumers easy access to ultra-fresh and clean prepared meals. Paul’s background in the food and beverage industry includes serving as the Chief Marketing Officer for Jamba Juice, Pinkberry, and POM Wonderful. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with The Walt Disney Company, Viacom and Hewlett-Packard. Paul is on the Board of Directors for Equator Coffee. He is an advisory board member at UC Davis where he is currently working with students, faculty and industry partners to reduce food waste.
