If they can have a biscuit" In Episode 5 of Season 2, Susie & Esther talk about physical fitness while staying completely stationary. It's safer that way. They admit to many failings of will power, stamina and general being-botheredness when it comes to keeping fit. And they make some bold promises to do fitness better. Or indeed, at all.

Their guest this week is Philly Excell - movement professional, mum of 3 and an absolute delight. Philly runs Philly Fitness from her home in Henley, offering classes for women for toning, strength, increased flexibility and relieving stress. She tells Esther & Susie about how fitness has moved away from an obsession with losing weight to a desire to feel good and move freely without injury; her passion for helping new mums regain strength and confidence in their bodies; and how exercise shouldn't be a punishment, just moving your body is enough. Philly's relaxed, fun and effective workouts are now available to everyone through her online service Philly Fitness on Demand. She's funny, reassuring and inspiring - a wonderful guest.
