We all have mental health, and this week Susie & Esther chat about their good and bad head days and what they do to nurture their noggins. Stillness helps, as does moving. But Esther's husband Ian puts them both to shame with a weekly 70 mile round trip on his bike (or has he just gone to the cinema?). Sharing top tips tête à tête, the gals go a bit French, breathe excessively and discover that to-do lists really shouldn't be 100 items long.

Their guest this week is the inspirational Matt Campion, Creative Director of award-winning, Spirit Studios. Spirit produces original TV and digital content including programmes like Trigger Happy TV and The Stand Up Sketch Show; and a raft of podcasts including Jamie Laing's Private Parts. Spirit's mission is to create content ‘Powered by Spirit’ that impacts audiences through entertainment and storytelling, in order to drive change for the better. A major part of this mission is #IAMWHOLE - an award-winning mental health campaign founded by Spirit Studios and Jordan Stephens  (Rizzle Kicks) aimed at young people encouraging them to speak out, seek help and change the stats. Esther & Susie talk to Matt about how Spirit started; his own mental health journey; and about Matt's 2020 TED Talk titled 'The panic attack that started a global mental health campaign' #IAMWHOLE. It's a wide-ranging discussion full of humour and heart and which covers subjects that may be upsetting.
