Today's Froday episode just a few fun facts about exercise that might help. You don't have to do anything crazy or serious—you just have to make yourself do something every day. It can even be as simple as walking up the stairs instead of taking the elevator, or going for a quick walk around your block before dinner.


Just remember: small steps are better than no steps at all!
