Episode notes

Patrice Evra, a hero to many both on and off the pitch. Described as the best left-back in Europe by Fergie, for years his leadership and passion helped bring Manchester United and the French national team to cup glory. But Patrice has battled  through poverty, sexual abuse and homelessness to get to where he is. Now, at nearly 41, Patrice reflects on the boy he left behind and the man he has become. We also hear from Dr Nerina Ramlakhan, who helps us understand how to switch off and appreciate the present moment.
