I can't believe it's taken me this long to talk more in-depth on this subject, but I had a friend ask me about it. The Keto Diet has gained more popularity over the 5 years or so and many people have seen great success. But most, by far, have failed with it being a long-term strategy. That said, there are some pros and cons with it, and that's what I cover in this Minisode. I give my own advice, plus what the latest science says. Hope it helps!
