As a Registered Dietitian, I respect nuance and context when it comes to complicated areas such as "Intuitive Eating" and behavioral psychology around food. So, while this Minisode could've been an hour long, I tried my best to fit it in in about 15 minutes. That said, even the generalizations I make in this Minisode could be a huge mental "unlock" for people who've struggled with this transition. Some of this advice will be for people who are very strict and possibly afraid to stop tracking. And some of the advice will be for others who simply want to transition from tracking to not tracking due to convenience. I've seen it work successfully for both types of people through the 1-to-1 clients I've coached. Either way, you'll walk away smarter after listening to this one. Enjoy!
