To give context, the all-or-nothing mentality is when you strive for perfectionism or nothing. In regards to nutrition, you're either "on" your diet or "off" your diet. No in-between. But, of course, your actions can be a bit more nuanced than that. In fact, this line of thinking has been shown in the research to be less effective than a more flexible approach. So in this Minisode, I give my best advice that I've given to my clients and many others to successfully combat this line of thinking, and what to do instead. Hope it helps.
