Jared is an online fitness coach and he is extremely passionate about the psychology behind behavior change, specifically around fat loss. In this episode, we cover work environments, building better habits, identifying triggers, healing your "inner child," overcoming Coronavirus adversity, being busy vs being productive, doing self-audits, what Jared has learned from therapy, working as a distraction from negative emotions, gaining self-awareness, being more intentional, and much, much more.
