One of my buddies recently asked me what to do when his fitness goals differed from his spouse, yet they still have to agree on what to eat for dinner each night. It's not practical, nor desired, for most to eat differently than their partner or family. Nobody needs to sacrifice family dinners for the sake of having less fat around their waist. So, in this Minisode, I give my best advice to stick to your fitness goals without completely ruining dinner for yourself and everyone else. I make sure to give specific examples using common meals most people eat on a regular basis. As you'll find out, the devil is in the details, and I reveal it all in this one. Hope it helps!
