It can be so frustrating when you've made progress in losing weight, only for it to abruptly come to a halt. You're doing all the right things, at least you think, and then one day... nothing. Then, nothing the next day too. And the day after that. Despite your efforts, nothing is happening. Doubt creeps in and you start second-guessing yourself. You might even give up altogether. It can be a vicious cycle to navigate. But it's also exactly why I made this Minisode to help.
