I don't know about you, but I plan on wearing some offensively short shorts this summer. So I'm doubling down on the leg training and I hope you'll join me by starting with this Minisode. Most people think of muscular legs as having big quads. Quads are important, but to properly fill out those shorts, pants, and swimsuits, you'll want to pay extra attention to your glutes, hamstrings, and calves (I'm mostly talking to the guys here, women usually have no problem hitting glutes often).
