Nothing sounds worse than dieting the entire summer. Getting chicken and broccoli at brunch while everyone else gets french toast and mimosas? No thanks. That said, I also don't want to blow up, not feel comfortable in my swimsuit, and be unhealthy. We've gotta find the balance and that's what this episode is all about. I begin the episode with a brief life update and the pros and cons of living in New York City vs living in Kentucky. After that, I dive into my exercise, nutrition, and overall mindset approach for this summer. The goal is to look good without limiting my fun. I hope it helps you do the same. Enjoy!
