Strength from difficulty with Vietnamese Hong Lua

Listen on

Episode notes

This is the inspirational story of Hong Lua. She is one of the most positive people I have met, despite the hardship she had to endure growing up in Vietnam. Listening to her story gives me so much energy. I think it's important to remind ourselves of how much pain and hard work others might have gone through, because it brings us gratitude for everything we have been given, and it restores our faith and admiration for humanity.

Our Values have been shifting lately with everything that has been happening in the world, and I think we can learn a lot from Hong. I hope you enjoy.
