Episode notes

Trigger warning -  In this episode we talk about unfairness within society, power imbalances and political issues that might be triggering to your mental health. If you think this might be the case, please skip this one.

Milou Stella is a Masters graduate from the University of Oxford with a BA in Fine Arts from Slade School of Art. Founder of Moody Bright Designs, she focuses on sustainability and wellbeing within her work.

Her art practice includes hand-embroidery and painting with a strong interest in participation, recycling, folklore and community engagement.  She believes in the power of co-creation, and the need for a democratic approach to the arts.

This episode is political, innovative, sad, powerful and transformative in a beautifully creative way. Milou always broadens my mind, stimulates my political view and inspires me to become more and more engaged with my community. She is a power house. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
