Small Talk with Tamim & Sharin

We discuss how we handle conflict and get into what unfolded in our most recent argument and how we resolved the issue. We also discuss how to manage conflict in the household with other family members such as in-laws etc and what has best worked for us in the health of our relationship and bond with the in-laws. 

Is being so different from your other half a bad thing? We discuss how we continue to make our marriage work despite how different we are from one another from our hobbies and our personalities too. We also share how we adapt to different situations when it comes to communicating with family members, friends and more. 

How to approach the subject of finance, what is expected of the husband and wife, how to save, and more.

Is it really so bad to live with your in-laws? We discuss the initial stages of how we adjusted to living together along with Tamim’s parents and look into some of the stereotyping surrounding this concept. 

We talk about the honeymoon phase and how it isn’t necessarily the same for us being an ‘assisted’ couple than it would be if we had been ‘normally’ dating.
