Episode 10 - Nile Henry - Founder of The Blair Project

Listen on

Episode notes

On episode 11 of The ABR I sit down to chat to with Nile Henry from The Blair Project

Founded in 2014 as social enterprise to help enable greater access to motorsport for those trying to progress, they have rapidly evolved into a business working in green solutions and facilitating routes through to carbon net zero.

I first heard about Nile in 2019, when working with a client in energy, and heard about the work he was doing in STEM to enable more diversity in motorsport.

Their work has grabbed the attention of Prince Harry and they are working with the Lewis Hamilton foundation to get more diverse pit crew into Formula One.

Nile is probably the most politely driven men I’ve ever met and a really nice guy to boot.

On this week’s episode we talk about….

-Why you set up a social enterprise

-Business’s role in supporting the STEM skills gap

-Letting your why evolve without really changing the core driver

-Why technology hubs need to improve

-Squeezing everything you can do from media
