Their passion for health & wellness was catapulted when Sharon was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease. She managed to get off all drugs using diet and lifestyle. Each week we interview experts in the wellness industry as well as sharing the highs and lows of trying to live well as single mum's living together with our two children.
