Andy Riise – Character Strengths & Life
We are back across the Atlantic with this episode to talk to Andy Riise about mental fitness, the importance of character strengths and more. Andy, was until August 2021 the Mental Skills Coach for the Cincinnati Reds Baseball team. He’s also a special forces veteran with tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and a graduate of West Point Military Academy.
Andy also contributed to the book Deliberate Discomfort – Deliberate Discomfort: How U.S. Special Operations Forces Overcome Fear and Dare to Win by Getting Comfortable Being Uncomfortable.
