The conscious ego is what you create moment by moment that is totally malleable and connected to your soul.

* The difference between a “bad person” and a “person who does bad things.”

* How Sophie’s husband died on their honeymoon, and her ego decided for her that she was doomed. For years, she suffered. Then, miraculously, she realized that she had a choice, that she could take back her life.
