In this episode, Camilla Uppal is joined by Charlene Gisele, a former high flying London lawyer, who, after a serious personal health scare and subsequent burnout, made a decision to step back from practice. Charlene is now a biohacker and coach-consultant in health and wellness, helping high-performing corporates to prevent burnout, and practice sustainable working and living habits.

In this episode, Charlene discusses the topic of biohacking and how it can help us all to improve our standards of living and working, also providing us with biohacking tools and techniques that we can start implementing into our personal and professional lives today! Charlene also explains the early signs of burnout, how to avoid it, as well as providing tips for working long hours as a law student, lawyer, or in a similar corporate role.

Charlene has been featured in a plethora of publications such as Lawyer Monthly, Woman&Home, Women’s Fitness, Stylist magazine, The Guardian and The Metro to name a few. Charlene was also a guest on the podcast in 2021, and you can listen to the previous episode here: https://pod.fo/e/ee7ab
