Every year the debate increases around whether we should move the date of Australia Day out of respect for our Indigenous Peoples. We discuss the brief history of Australia Day and wonder, is there really all that much debate anymore?   
We get a little bit feisty and face our own demons with unhelpful thinking styles and how we see the world, a little like a therapy session.
