Following on from last week's episode which had lots of advice about upping your social media game, this week is all about outsourcing your social marketing and website design.

As always, the conversation contains lots of actionably advice.  If you're considering outsourcing your digital marketing and SEO, David suggests the following:

• You should ensure that anybody you outsource your marketing to is a "good fit" personality wise, and you get a impression that they care about your business and your marketing targets.
  
  
• Upon initial conversations with digital marketers, they should be able to answer all of your questions and give satisfactory answers that make sense to you.  
  
  
• Make sure you pore over their testimonials and reviews.  A quality testimonial should have the client's name and  company they are affiliated with.
