As he celebrates a decade of his children’s books ‘The Bolds’, Julian chats to us about a career that began in the working men’s clubs of the 1980s and has since taken him to every stage and TV set in the land over four decades. From singing telegrams, smutty comedy specials and showgirls to the upcoming London Palladium pantomime with Jane McDonald, you couldn’t say it’s not a life well lived!
