She uses a unique and powerful blend of positive psychology and skills underpinned by Neuro Linguistic Programming, Coaching, Clean Language Coaching and Hypnosis. Alison will enthuse and inspire you to identify, set and achieve goals that will empower you and your team. She believes people who have high self-confidence, increased self-esteem and self-worth have the vital ingredients to create a fulfilled and happy life. This creates a positive impact to an organisation as people are essential components of a successful business. In her vast experience, it doesn’t matter whether you are already a ‘high flyer’ or just on the first step of the ladder, everyone can benefit from exploring and looking at their own unique strengths, barriers in this unique and innovative approach. She is a highly skilled, and experienced trainer and facilitator, with a commitment to ensuring that all participants have a fun and distinctive experience and that learning is applied and transferred to the workplace for powerful results. By 2010 a yearning for a change in direction, she left her role with the NHS to establish her own business, 2minds. During the last 10 years, she has worked one-to-one with many individual clients, delivered leadership and team programmes for large corporates, as well as other SMB. She also enjoys her work in prisons and schools across the UK. Alison is the author of A Path Travelled – How to make sense of your life. In this book she has incorporated all her experience, knowledge and practice. "A Path Travelled" is a straight talking, simple read to harness your own inner power. By understanding where your feelings stem from, you learn that you can choose how to manage them and change your response to life's obstacles.
