In her book, Planted Performance, Easy Planted-Based Recipes, Meal Plans and Nutrition For All Athletes she dives into all things sports nutrition looking through a plant-based lens. This is a great resource for vegetarians and vegans as well as omnivores of all types who are hungry for more information on how to eat to support their active endeavors.
