The lineup on this album consisted of Francis Rossi, Rick Parfitt, John 'Rhino' Edwards, Andrew Bown, and Leon Cave. The album marked a departure from the band’s signature electric style. Aquostic was a commercial success, peaking at No. 5 on the UK Albums Chart. The album's success led to a series of live acoustic shows, including a memorable performance at London’s Roundhouse for BBC Radio 2. The Quo-Cast is a podcast and YouTube channel dedicated to the legendary British rock band Status Quo.
