Today I’m so excited to be talking to the wholly authentic and unstoppable Nicola Haggett. We cover laziness, fat and hustle culture, priviledge, positivity, the effect our mind body relationship has on our money and business lives. And then some!

Nicola (she/her) is a Body Trust® Provider & Intuitive Eating Coach who helps female-identifying-humans to heal their relationship with food, unlearn body shame, and feel more at home in their "here and now" body.

She integrates lived experience with research and activism to explore topics such as body liberation, embodiment, shame resilience, self compassion, feminist theory, radical acceptance, & social justice.

Nicola believes that Body Trust® is your birthright and that it's possible to nourish, care for, and build trust with your body, despite living in a culture that tells you that you need to shrink to fit in.
