A New Way of Being
By Simon Mundie
A New Way of Being is about banishing burnout and finding flow. The way most of us live is focused on 'arriving' at some point in the future, when everything will finally fall into place. But this is a trap. When we treat this moment, however it shows up, as just a stepping stone to a seemingly more important future moment, we miss the only place where life truly happens: the here and now.
This way of living leads to overwhelm, burnout, and a nagging sense of lack - as if something is always missing. It keeps us from experiencing the flow, awe, and peace that naturally arise when we recognise: there is only this moment.
