In this episode, we speak to GB Taekwondo athlete, Lutalo Muhammad who represented Great Britain in the 2012 Summer Olympics winning bronze and the 2016 Summer Olympics, winning a silver medal. Lutalo began practicing taekwondo at the age of three with his father Wayne Muhammad, who has more than four decades of experience in martial arts. In our conversation, Lutalo talks so passionately about how his parents were his first role models and how they helped shaped the person he has become. We talk to Lutalo about his Olympic journey and what means when you win, but what we can all learn when we lose.
