With the Tokyo Summer Olympics just around the corner, now is the perfect time for us to chat to another inspiring Olympian. Javelin thrower, Steve Backley OBE won nine gold medals at some of the world’s most renowned athletics events. He won silver at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games as well as Olympic medals in the 1992 and 2000 games where he won a silver and bronze. This makes him the only British track and field competitor to win medals at three different Olympic Games.
Steve has proudly been an Active Digital company ambassador for some twenty years, helping us to transfer Olympic performance into the workplace. In this episode, we learn from Steve on what it takes to deliver a high performance in business and why we should all never underestimate the importance of gaining clarity.
