Love it or hate it, we need to talk about it!

One thing I want to normalise, especially in the education business sphere, is how, you can earn a healthy income from your business AND care about your clients and their outcomes.

Here's what I talk about:

  • How to decide how much to charge (including a quick calculation)
  • How to navigate difficult conversations with clients
