The Coronavirus Lockdown Episode

Episode notes

The coronavirus crisis has forced football to come to a standstill. We haven't seen Paris Saint-Germain play a competitive match since March 11 and there hasn't been a date set for when Ligue 1 and the UEFA Champions League will resume.

The situation is unprecedented but the 24th & Parc team are here to try and make sense of the pandemic and what it means to the world of football.

On episode 11, Eduardo Razo and Jon Olangi open the show with the latest coronavirus news, which includes Razo now being ordered to stay home in California after the state's governor issued the nation's strictest lockdown.

With very little football to talk about, the crew shares their thoughts on PSG's most recent match, the 2-0 win over Borussia Dortmund. Find out who their standout players were and hear what they have to say about the Erling Haaland celebration controversy.

Athletes are not immune to the coronavirus and the 24th & Parc duo spend some time discussing how PSG players are spending their time in isolation, which includes Thiago Silva and Neymar Jr. fleeing to Brazil to wait out the crisis.

The show concludes with a discussion of if and when the games will resume again and the news about PSG's upcoming Amazon documentary.
