Self-care is a practice. That means it’s something you have to do on a regular basis in order for it to stick. You also won’t get good at it unless you do it regularly.

In this episode we’ll talk about ways to build self-care into your day by taking on simple practices each morning and evening.  We’ll even give you some tips on making self-care a habit. You’ll soon be ready to make this process a part of your long-term routine.
