Welcome to Armchair Adventures Travel Agency - journeys of the imagination. In this episode, Connie joins a community theatre company to create a new theatre show to help her learn about mental health illness.
“When people are poorly with their mental health they quite often appear one way to people on the outside, but inside their head they are experiencing very different thoughts and feelings.”

Connie’s Nanna isn’t very well at the moment - she’s struggling with her mental health. Connie isn’t sure what that means or what she can do to help.
Luckily her friends at the community theatre company are creating a new show to help explain mental health illness to children. Using the magic of theatre and your creativity and imagination, you will join them on an adventure inside Nanna’s head!
